We are situated on the beautiful Roseland Peninsula on the south coast of Cornwall in the picturesque village of Veryan. |

Veryan has locally run shops and restaurants as well as a sports and social club, a park, a church and a primary school. |

The sandy beaches of Carne and Pendower are only 15 minutes walk away from the house. |

The family home has a front and back garden, two television rooms and plenty of tutorial space. We have two cats and a dog who are all very friendly. |
